FAQ

After checking out your orders, the following will appear as payment options:

  • Credit / debit card. You may enter your credit / debit card details on the payment page. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of payment.
  • BPI bank transfer. Bank details will be provided upon check out. After payment at the bank, you can upload the copy of your deposit slip at (payment page). An email confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of payment (usually 1 day after).
  • LBC payment. LBC payment details will be provided upon check out. After payment at LBC, you can upload the copy of your payment slip at (payment page). An email confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of payment (usually 1 day after).

We understand that sometimes you may want to add more goodies to your order, however once an order is submitted, we’re unable to change it – even if it’s still processing. If you’d like to purchase more items, we recommend placing a separate order.
Orders may not be cancelled once paid. However, it may be exchanged by emailing us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange so you may be assisted. We try to get orders out as soon as possible so we can’t always get to your order in time to exchange an item.
All payments confirmed by 4pm of the same day will be shipped the following day. If you place an order on a weekend, your order should be processed the following business day. Please note this can take longer during sale or busy periods. We recommend allowing 1-2 business days from placing your order.

  • Metro Manila shipping fee P60; orders will be received 1 to 2 days after shipping date
  • Provincial shipping fee P100; orders will be received 3 to 5 days after shipping rate
  • International orders will depend on the zone or area of country. For international rates and delivery time, refer to www.xend.com/international
  • FREE shipping for all min. order amount of P1,000 within the Philippines.

When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information which you can use to track your order shipment. You can track your order on Xend’s website here. Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving the dispatch email for your tracking details.
